I know what it feels like to live distracted, to constantly reach for my phone and laptop, to feel my attention slipping away, to wonder why I never have enough time for what truly matters. I’ve felt the weight of fractured focus, the guilt of mindless scrolling, and the frustration of knowing I should be present but feeling like I just can’t break free.
But I also know there’s a way out.
Every week, I step behind the microphone because I don’t want you to feel stuck in that cycle anymore. As a Christian life coach, brain health trainer, and digital wellness advocate, I bring together my background in neuroscience, habit coaching, and executive leadership to equip you with practical tools to overcome distraction and thrive in today’s screen-saturated world.
