I know what it feels like to live distracted, to constantly reach for my phone and laptop, to feel my attention slipping away, to wonder why I never have enough time for what truly matters. I’ve felt the weight of fractured focus, the guilt of mindless scrolling, and the frustration of knowing I should be present but feeling like I just can’t break free.

But I also know there’s a way out.

Every week, I step behind the microphone because I don’t want you to feel stuck in that cycle anymore. I created this podcast to give you the tools you need to reduce your screen time, reclaim your focus, and build healthy, sustainable habits that help you navigate the digital world with confidence. As a Christian life coach, brain health trainer, and digital wellness advocate, I bring together my background in neuroscience, habit coaching, and executive leadership to equip you with practical tools to overcome distraction and thrive in today’s screen-saturated world.
